Prisoners Tax Cases, Gayus Tambunan Free Vacation to Bali

Member of Parliament Ahmad Yani Law Commission urged the Attorney General to move detainees accused mafian tax Gayus  Halomoan Tambunan, to a special isolation cell.
"Gayus must be isolated, confined in a small space, the prosecutor could not say 'we're not responsible'. Immediately move into Rutan Gaius Cipinang Salemba or because there are special isolation room in there, "said Yani in the Parliament Building, Jakarta, Friday (12/11/2010).
The transfer is intended for Gayus cells no longer can serve well in custody. The reason, Gayus managed to bribe the Chief of Rutan Mako Brimob Depok and eight other police officers for passing to and out of custody.
According to Yani, alleged pelesirnya Gayus out of the prisoners showed surveillance system in the crease or the prison is still far from optimal.
"It's also about the game of money, because money is in power there," he said.
